Andrew Savitz, OD

Dr. Savitz is a co-founder of Garden State Eye Group.  He received his Bachelors degree in General Sciences from Penn State University in State College, PA and his Doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.   He graduated with clinical honors in primary care, specialty contact lenses and ocular disease management. Dr. Savitz began his career working in several private practices throughout New Jersey, providing care to patients of all ages before founding Garden State Eye Group in 2014.  Dr. Savitz is a primary care optometrist that has extensive experience managing glaucoma, macular degeneration and various other ocular diseases.  He is a native of New Jersey and is passionate about delivering the best quality care to his patients. Dr. Savitz enjoys exercising and playing tennis in his spare time and is an avid fan of the Rangers, Knicks, Yankees and Giants.
